Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Pilovio Android app and of the pilovio.com website, published by Prompley SARLAU (see the legal notice). By using the app, you accept them.

2. The service

Pilovio is a decision aid for ride-hailing drivers. It reads the offers shown by some ride-hailing apps on your phone, works out an estimated net based on your settings and shows it on top, with a colour and, if you wish, a voice announcement.

3. Your role

• You alone decide whether to accept a ride, and you are the one who acts in the ride-hailing app.
• You follow the highway code: do not handle your phone while driving.
• You comply with the terms of the ride-hailing platforms you use and with the rules that apply to your activity.
• You enter your own costs and criteria; they are used in the calculation.

4. Estimates, without guarantee

The amounts shown (net, DH per hour, DH per kilometre, price tips) are estimates. They depend on what the ride-hailing app shows, on distances that are sometimes approximate, and on your settings. Pilovio guarantees no income and no result.

5. Third-party apps

Pilovio is not affiliated with inDrive, Bolt, Yango, DiDi or Uber or any other app mentioned; these trademarks belong to their owners. An update of these apps may temporarily prevent offers from being read.

6. Subscription

Price conditions will be published on the Pricing page. For now, the subscription request is made from the Contact page; no payment is requested on this website.

7. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

8. Ownership

The app, the website, their texts and visuals belong to their publisher. The website's visuals are hand-made illustrations with made-up data.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the estimates, nor for interruptions caused by third-party apps, the phone or the network.

10. Changes

These terms may change; the update date is shown at the top of the page.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
